With all the all the lay offs we have seen in the industry recently, Phil Spencer comments on the lay off - “Layoffs at Xbox are "really an outcome of an industry that's not growing," Spencer said.” - My take is that Xbox will always have to succumb to pressures from stockholders to be profitable and unfortunately lay offs will be part of that from time to time.
